IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 MEASURES AT MAKOTH CHECK POINT

The Sierra Leone Police (SLP) together with the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) has boost effort in implementing all measures put forward by the National Covid-19 Emergency Response Center (NaCOVERC) to tackle and defeat the Coronavirus in Sierra Leone. The measures include, but not limited to: proper use of facemask, continual handwashing, maintaining considerable social distance.  Both SLP and RSLAF personnel deployed at Makoth Check Point, along the Lunsar-Makeni highway, are always in full gear, ensuring that the measures are adhered to and the lives of travelers who use that route are safe.
